Every type of document is a template. Each template has its own
rules and operates independently, from the document received to the data entered.

RECOGNISES

PapyrAI identifies the type of document and applies the correct template: invoice, delivery note, order or any other business form.

EXTRACT AND VERIFY

The AI reads the required fields and checks them against the template rules: formats, totals, master data, and mandatory values.

The workflow writes the data wherever you want: ERP, business management software, CRM, databases or files. No need for copy and paste.

Ideal for high volumes and recurring documents, such as invoices from regular suppliers.

Supervised

Before data entry, an operator checks the extracted data against the document, corrects it if necessary, and approves it.

The mode is selected for each individual template, and can be changed at any time.

Does PapyrAI only work with invoices and delivery notes?

No. PapyrAI can process orders, delivery notes, certificates, expense claims, contracts and customised business forms. Each type of document is managed using a configurable template.

What happens if the AI interprets a piece of data incorrectly?

PapyrAI verifies the extracted data using configurable rules, such as file formats, totals and mandatory fields. For more sensitive documents, you can enable operator supervision, whereby an operator checks and corrects the data before it is entered.

Do we need to change our accounting software to use PapyrAI?

No. PapyrAI integrates with the systems you already use, such as ERP, CRM and databases. The extracted data is fed directly into the configured destination, eliminating the need for manual copy-and-paste operations.

Is an operator always needed to confirm the details?

No. You can choose whether to process documents automatically or to request a check before they are entered. This setting can be configured for each type of document and changed at any time.

Are our documents sent to the cloud?

It depends on the configuration you choose. With PapyrAI running in local mode, integrated with Qube, documents remain within the company’s infrastructure. Alternatively, you can use the cloud service managed by NEXQ, without having to install dedicated hardware.
